CHECK LIST FOR FINANCE
Position of Raising debits for expenditure incurred for FOIS work has to be seen.
Debit should be raised against the correct work.
It is to be checked that estimates for works done at field level have been vetted by FOIS Hqrs/Accounts and local finance vetting has been to be done where necessary.
Assets already transferred to Zonal Railways have been entered in Asset Register and Stock Verification by Accounts have been done.
